When will the tournament be in 2024?
The Erste Bank Open 2023 will be held from 19-27 October 2024.

When can I buy tickets for 2024?
Tickets for the Erste Bank Open 2024 will go on sale in December 2023. More information and the official ticket shops can be found here.

Tips against ticket fraud - day passes, as well as VIP tickets
Forged tickets will not be acknowledged by the organizer and will also not be refunded. Thus, we strongly recommend to not buy tickets on the second or black market.

Can I safely resell my tickets if I can't come to the tournament?
Yes, official and secure resale is possible for all customers who have purchased their tickets in the e|motion online store (https://emotiongroup.wien-ticket.at/de/shop). You can log into your account in the online store under “Ticket Management Portal” and release your tickets for resale. As soon as a new buyer has been found, the money will be refunded to you.

What is the “Same time, same station” promotion?
This promotion offers the opportunity to secure your exact same seating place for next year. You can only order this offer during the tournament on location.

What is Erste Bank Open 2 Go?
Erste Bank Open 2 Go is our second matchcourt on the premises of the Wiener Eislauf-Verein at the Heumarkt. There, not only tournament matches are held, but the stars of the Erste Bank Open also practice. These practices can be watched free of charge. You can find more information here.

Where can I buy day passes?

Tickets can be purchased at the official online ticket shop on our website or directly at the Wiener Stadthalle.

How to use my e-ticket?
After you purchased your ticket through the online retailer of your choice, you will receive your ticket by e-mail. You can either print this ticket out or save it on your smartphone. On the e-ticket you will find a QR code, which will be scanned when you visit the event. You can show the code either on your ticket or the printed form. Please note that we kindly ask you to turn up the contrast of your mobile phone’s screen to prevent any problems for the scan.

Is there an ATM?
You can find an ATM right beside the box offices of the Wiener Stadthalle in Halle F.

Are week passes offered?
No, there are no week passes sold.

Where can I apply to become a ball kid?
You can find all the necessary information and the chance to register to become a spark7 ballkid HERE. We will inform you here on the website or via our Stars for You newsletter when application for the spark7 ballkids challenge 2023 starts.

Forbidden items
    Pyrotechnic or explosive materials
    Megaphones, horns – any noisemaking devices, laserpointer
    Tools, scissors, flags, helmets, umbrellas
    Firearms and bladed weapons
    Professional camera and video camera equipment
    Food and drinks
    Dogs (except guide and companion dogs)
    Suitcases, Backpacks and balls
    Strollers, bikes, roller skates, rollers, skateboards, hover boards
    Computers and laptops

It is prohibited to bring bags, suitcases and backpacks onto the tournament venue. These items can be stored at the bag depot of the Erste Bank Open. Bags which are smaller than an A4 sheet (30x21x21 cm) are exempted from this rule.

Is there a lost-and-found office?
You can find the Lost & Found desk at the front desk. According to the house rules, items, without exception, can only be turned in there.

Is there a cloak room?
There is a legally mandated checkroom obligation according to the rules of the Viennese Event Location Law (paragraph 12). The authorities mandate that coats, jackets, and various other outer wear has to be deposited at the checkroom. Checkrooms can be found at the first and second gallery.

Where can I store my bag, laptop, luggage, etc.?
There will be a depot in the forecourt of the Wiener Stadthalle where you can store your items for free.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?
No, after tickets have been paid for they can neither be returned nor exchanged.

Can I come and go to the arena with my ticket?
Due to the use of scanners you can come and go as often as you like (as long as your ticket is valid). However, it is absolutely necessary to also scan your ticket when you leave the arena.

How can I order wheelchair tickets?
Wheelchair tickets are solely available at the ticket counters of Wiener Stadthalle, by calling +43 1 98 100-480 or -200, or via [email protected].

Yes, it is allowed this year. Please also read the house roules of the Wiener Stadthalle.

When does the Märzparkgarage open?
Owners of a VIP parking voucher can enter from 2 hours before beginning. You have to leave the garage at 2 am at the latest. Please find further information on https://www.stadthalle.com/en/kommen/parken.

Are there discounts for children in the VIP area?

Children up to 6 years can sit on the lap (6 Euro/ticket), for children over 6 years a full price ticket has to be purchased. Lap seat tickets for children up to the age of 5 can be purchased directly on site at the Stadthalle box office. If you want a separate seat for your children under the age of 5, you must purchase a separate ticket with a child discount.

What is included in a VIP parking voucher?

This voucher is valid for the Märzparkgarage, directly in front of the Wiener Stadthalle. The ticket has to be inserted while entering the garage.

Can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP ticket?
It is not possible to upgrade a standard ticket.

Do kids need their own ticket?
Lap seat tickets for children up to the age of 5 can be purchased directly on site at the Stadthalle box office for 6 Euro. If you want a separate seat for your children under the age of 5, you must purchase a separate ticket with a child discount. Children aged 6 and over require their own ticket.
